Ken Boundy - Chairman
Ken is a company director, strategy consultant and businessman. He is a keen student of organizational change management and performance management, bringing 30 years of relevant experience to this non executive director role at Acelero.
From 2001 to 2005, Ken served as Managing Director of the Australian Tourist Commission and then Tourism Australia.
He started his career as a research scientist and has a Masters degree in Agricultural Science and in Business Administration.
He spent 15 years in leadership roles in the private sector, including Divisional Head and CEO roles in the food, wine and building materials industries.
Tony Sernack - Non Executive Director
Tony Sernack co-founded the MACAW Consulting Group in 1993 and works on strategic review, development and implementation with senior management teams across a very wide range of industries in Australia and internationally.
Prior to this, he held senior management positions in the spirits, wine and brewing sectors. He headed marketing for the Penfolds Wine Group (now Southcorp/Fosters Wines) during that company's rise to pre-eminence among Australian winemakers and was General Manager Marketing for Tooheys. He also worked in New Zealand as Chief Executive of one that country's largest companies, Dominion Breweries.
He is currently a director of US based United Malt Holdings as well as career management group Donington. Tony’s previous directorships have included; Australian wine & spirit distributor Tucker Seabrook and as chair of food industry biotech TECRA.
