Ken Sheridan - Managing Director
Ken has over 25 years’ experience in senior management in major corporations in Australia and Asia. His background provides a pragmatic and commercial approach to the human capital management challenges confronting all businesses.
A Bachelor of Economics graduate of Macquarie University, he spent 11 years with KPMG before he joined Rothmans, where he held several CFO roles. He spent three years as CFO of Rothmans Malaysia, which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange with a A$4 billion market capitalization.
Ken then became CFO for Tenix Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest private companies with over 3,000 employees and approximately A$1 billion in assets.
William Armstrong - GM Business Development
William brings to Acelero over 30 years of commercial experience in the fields of human resources, business development and marketing. His experience is evenly split between both the corporate and consulting sectors.
William joined the HR consulting sector after holding executive management roles at BTR Nylex and Dalgety Farmers. He held General Management and Managing Consultant roles at Austin Knight and Morgan & Banks before working in the career transition sector for a number of years.
An experienced general manager, William is skilled in the areas of organizational transformation, strategic performance management and information technology implementation.
He has successfully managed systems implementations in the areas of executive management, HRIS and materials control, and has considerable experience working with technology as an enabler of business transformation and performance improvement.
Nathan Gowdie (Manager - Implementation and Customer Success Team)
Nathan brings to Acelero experience in the implementation of business information systems. A Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) graduate of UWS, Nathan’s previous experience includes implementing and supporting systems in the digital print and design industry as well as providing technical sales assistance to customers.
A background in business analysis, UAT testing and quality assurance, together with an engaging manner, results in Nathan being ideally positioned to understand customer requirements and deliver outcomes that suit their needs.
Glenn Vassallo (Solutions Architect)
Glenn an internet software veteran.
His career includes 10 years at Microsoft where he designed, developed and supported internet and intranet-based solutions for government and industry.
Glenn earned a Bachelor of Mathematics from Wollongong University in 1992 and is an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Analytical Professionals.
